Refund policy

Refund and cancellation policy of Fratelli Napoletani Group GmbH
1. General
By placing an order, booking a catering service or making an event reservation, the customer accepts the following refund and cancellation conditions.
Fratelli Napoletani Group GmbH produces and reserves goods, raw materials, personnel, and production capacities individually for each order. Therefore, refunds are generally excluded unless otherwise specified below.
2. Food and immediate consumption
Due to the perishability of food, as well as for reasons of hygiene and food safety, all sales of food and beverages are generally final.
Food items that have already been delivered or handed over are excluded from exchange, return and refund.
3. Orders
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
If production has already started or goods have been procured specifically for the order, there is no entitlement to a refund.
The decision regarding the start of production lies with Fratelli Napoletani Group GmbH.
4. Catering and events
Cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the event
  • Refund of 75% of the agreed order value.
Cancellation 15 to 30 days before the start of the event

Cancellation 7 to 14 days before the start of the event
  • Refund of 25% of the agreed order value.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the event

5. Down payment arrangement
Advance payments made are used to reserve production, personnel and event capacities.
Deposits are generally non-refundable if the cancellation is made within the aforementioned timeframes.
6. Force Majeure
If an event cannot be held due to force majeure, in particular as a result of natural disasters, official orders, pandemics, war, terrorist events, strikes, power outages or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, there is no entitlement to compensation.
Services already rendered, costs incurred, and goods procured can be invoiced.
7. Quality defects
Complaints must be reported in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods or at the latest within 24 hours.
After this period has expired, the services are considered approved.
Minor deviations in appearance, weight, size, color, decoration or presentation do not constitute a defect and do not entitle the customer to a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
The liability of Fratelli Napoletani Group GmbH is limited to the actual value of the order paid.
Any further claims, in particular for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or missed events, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Goodwill
Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, Fratelli Napoletani Group GmbH may, at its sole discretion, grant credit notes, replacements, or partial refunds. There is no legal entitlement to such payments.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Fratelli Napoletani Group GmbH, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.
